Art Everywhere is a community art project that celebrates art in all its forms. Our goal is to inspire each and every person to see the beauty that surrounds them everyday. Whether its an elaborately detailed painting or a picture or your kids in the park, we want to share what makes your life beautiful.

Picks of the week! 9.10.10
Challenge: 9.10.10
This weeks challenge: "The End of Summer"
"How do you know the summer is really and truely over? My dad says summer is over at precisely 1 second after midnight on September 21st. My friend Ellen says its over the moment you start thinking about whether to buy a 3-ring-binder or spiral notebook for school. But for me, the way I know the summer is a goner is when my brother Pete and Artie, the strongest man in the world, go to the beach to beat up the ocean. They're not crazy....just angry....angry that summer has to end. I know exactly how they feel. Every year it seems like the summer is over about 10 seconds after it started." - Pete and Pete

This weeks challenge - "The end of summer"
Summer is coming to a close, and to give it the appropriate send off, we're looking for art that celebrates summer in all its awesomeness!
Please send us your summer themed art (as well as "beginning of autumn" art which we'll use the following week) so we can celebrate the changing of the seasons.
(Regular weekly postings will continue as well so don't worry if you don't have "seasoned themed" art. We want it all!)
